C- means Clear , When you wanna buy something you need to check the colour,Quality,Price and many more. A- means Actions. Is to what do you do to save and spend your money. So you wanna do lots of chors for your house,Neibours and many other things to earn you money. S- means SAVE AND SPEND. Save and spend means when you earn money you wanna spend the other half and save the other half for something else. H- Means How long , How long tells you how many week,days,Months,Years you can keep the pair of shoe yoi bought.
